Upstairs are 4 cozy bedrooms, 2 en-suites, a family bathroom, a peaceful landing and a charming garden with wood logs.
Welcome to your perfect Malvern getaway, a spacious and well equipped 4-bedroom cottage in Malvern, ideal for families, walkers, theatre-goers and guests visiting the Three Counties Showground. Set over two comfortable floors, the home blends modern comfort with cosy charm, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Ground Floor
Step into a bright, fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, built-in microwave, coffee machine, air fryer, dishwasher and electric stove top, perfect for preparing meals for the whole group. A large dining table seats 8 comfortably, making it a great space to gather.
The living room provides a warm and inviting space, complete with a fireplace, large Smart TV, and a double sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Adjacent is a cosy snug area with extra seating and a stylish bar, ideal for evening drinks or relaxing after a day exploring.
Hot Tub & Outdoor Areas
Guests can enjoy the Lay-Z-Spa hot tub located in the garage area, offering privacy and a relaxing treat. The garden includes natural wood logs and outdoor space for enjoying fresh Malvern air.
Upstairs – Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The first floor features four comfortable bedrooms:
King-size bedroom with en-suite (standing shower)
Small double bedroom with en-suite (standing shower)
Double bedroom
Twin room with two single beds
There is also a main family bathroom with bathtub, and a spacious, pleasant landing area with additional seating.

• The cottage has multiple steps throughout, including on the ground floor, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility difficulties and extra caution with toddlers.
• Parking is adjacent to the home only. Please ensure our lovely neighbour’s access is never blocked, as this is very important.
• The home has been carefully restored, and some upstairs bedrooms feature original cottage flooring, adding to its character.
• Keys are stored in a secure lockbox for easy self-check-in.
• Our LayZSpa hot tub is located in the converted garage, adjacent to the kitchen. The hot tub must be requested at least 24 hours prior to check in to allow for the set up for your stay.
• There is an additional toilet in the garage but enter at users' risk!
• The fireplaces in the home are original features that help preserve the charm and character of the space. For safety and insurance reasons, they are not operational and are intended for decorative purposes only. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy their aesthetic contribution to the home’s historic feel.
There is also a fully refundable security deposit of £400, which is collected offline, we require this prior to check in. If house rules are obeyed and no damages caused, the deposit clears from your bank statement 3 - 5 working days after your check-out. Also, we require all guests to send a form of identification (ID), preferably a drivers license, or a passport with address proof (utility bill) to be uploaded in a third party link and sign rental agreement.
Our customer service team closes at 10pm, it is required that all verification is complete 24 hours prior to check in, upon last minute bookings we recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your check in. Please note verification can take up to an hour to complete.
