Would not recommend to anyone. The property is far from what I would consider the bare minimum for a rental property. I honestly don't even know where to start... Here we go, it is a very old very outdated and unkempt property. There is garbage, a abandoned junky boat, abandoned Class A RV "bus", rotting remnants of what could possibly of been a outdoor bar, old rotting chairs tables and broken ping-pong table and just general junk all around the property. The 3rd bedroom "this is my opinion" appears to be a illegally built addition that was built directly on the pool deck with some of the scariest building methods I've ever seen. There is a electrical wire coming out the side of the house in conduit going up to the roof, the conduit then ends and the wire comes out and goes across the roof then down into the 3rd bedroom! The mini split in the 3rd bedroom we found half way through our stay there is powered by the light switch in the master bedroom which also powers the outdoor pool lights! It was in the upper 80s to low 90s during our stay, the living room was never able to get below the mid to upper 80s during the day due to poor insulation, old windows and doors and a old ac unit. Old stained pots and pans, old used knife and forks. Someone's clothes left in the drier. No proper front entry door you have to walk around back through dirt and weeds and enter through a back garage door! Didn't contact host as no other rentals were available and we were there for a funeral.
