Primary Suite: King bed + en suite bath (soaking tub & separate shower)
Second Suite: King bed + twin sleeper sofa + en suite bath
Living Room: Queen pull-out sleeper sofa
Luxury bedding (feather-free available upon request)
Each bedroom features a private bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, providing comfort and privacy for all guests.

• $25 per night Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee – Charged by the Virgin Islands government for timeshare rentals. This fee is per residence (not per person). This will be done at check-in.
These fees are separate from and not included in the residence rental rate.
