Our stay summed up in one word? WONDERFUL!We wanted a few days for an all-adult beach getaway for a group of 6 friends & we found the perfect place!Pros: From start to finish our host Chris was a delight. He was quick to respond to any questions we might have to assure that our stay would be comfortable. Upon arrival we were captivated by the quaint & beachy vibe. Having 3 bdrms, a pullout couch in the livingrm & 2 full baths definitely fit our needs. We temporarily moved the couch in the big bdrm down to the livingrm for add'l seating as a group, returning it to its original location upon checkout. The beds were inviting & very comfortable. Great location! A market, bars, food, beach & boardwalk, were all within walking distance.Cons: The rental is on the upper level, so be prepared for stairs as this is not a handicapped accessible property. A few items that would have been nice to have on hand would have been an add'l roll of paper towels for the kitchen, a broom & dustpan or small vacuum & more garbage bags. Lastly, you may want to double check the dishes & cookware b4 use. We pulled several items out that still had some food residue on them. But nothing a quick wash b4hand can't cure. A simple added touch to consider might be a small welcome basket w/ hair & bath essentials & laundry soap (you know, the little things that are easily forgotten when packing). All in all the place was AMAZING! We would highly recommend! Thank you again Chris for your great hospitality!
