Welcome to our piece of LA paradise - relax in our charming guest space within our front yard/garden and experience a diverse, suburban LA neighborhood!
There are four free parking spaces available. Two inside the gate and two in the driveway.
Must be Twenty Five years or older to book.
The space
Enjoy your vacation here in this modern redesigned 3 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom home with contemporary finishes from floor to ceiling. This sprawling property is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, private bathrooms, spacious living areas and within short distance to the LAX, the Grove, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Downtown Los Angeles.
Minutes from shopping, museums and top dining like The Grove, LACMA, Culver City Main Street and République. Just 25 mins from LAX and central to Downtown LA, Santa Monica and Hollywood. Sports fans will enjoy nearby SoFi Stadium and LA Memorial Coliseum, especially with the 2026 FIFA World Cup and 2028 Olympics.
Our spacious living room is filled with natural light and provides a comfortable and airy atmosphere. Aside from a wide selection of beautiful neighborhoods and dining or cafes to choose from, our large kitchen has quartz countertops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. It has everything you need for those nights when you want to stay in and cook. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.
After a fun day of adventure, make your way into our bedrooms which are equipped with luxury bedding and provide you with the relaxation you need. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has a full-sized bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living area that can be converted into a queen-sized bed for extra sleeping space.
The front yard is spacious and has luxury synthetic grass which is children friendly.
I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!
An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed up to 500 Mbps and 4 free parking spaces (2 inside the gate and 2 in the driveway) are all provided during your stay!

*Additional free street parking is also available, but please avoid parking on Mondays and Tuesdays during street cleaning to prevent receiving a parking ticket.
