Historical Finca S'Heretat

Enjoy Mallorca away from the crowds. Finca S'Heretat is located not far from the medieval village of Capdepera, on the edge of a nature reserve with views of the valley. Located in northeastern Mallorca, the property is set in an enchanting setting spanning over 3,500 m² with terraces, a swimming pool, and a bocce court. The house has 680 m² of living space spread over two floors, featuring ten double bedrooms (four of which include a living room) as well as one single bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms. Welcome.

The finca features four suites (double bedroom, en-suite shower room, living room—one of which has a fireplace), six double bedrooms (en-suite shower room), and one single bedroom (en-suite shower room).

The 13th-century fortified tower is simply impressive and offers a magnificent view. Traditionally, the house is built around a patio with four wings. The open kitchen with a fireplace, the dining room, and a living room with fiber-optic internet (WiFi) invite you to relax and enjoy your stay. The house has central heating in all rooms, making it suitable for winter stays as well.

In front of the finca, two beautiful terraces await guests—one is shaded by old fig trees and features a brick barbecue. The 12x5-meter swimming pool is located in the garden, which is planted with palm trees and holm oaks and also features a boules/petanque court, among other amenities.
