Feel right at home in this newly built front-unit duplex offering 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a private rooftop—a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful LA weather. Located on a quiet, tree-lined street, this home makes getting around LA easy. Walk to the Metro or take a short drive to UCLA, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica Beach, SoFi Stadium, Century City Mall, LAX and great food. All furniture to be updated by mid April. We look forward to hosting you!
THE SPACE:
The home features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining area—designed for comfort and easy gatherings. The kitchen includes modern appliances, a coffee machine, tea, cookware, an island with bar seating, and everyday cooking essentials.
The first floor offers one bedroom, a full bathroom, in-unit laundry, and a small private yard with seating—perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening.
A water softening system has been installed in the house to allow for the best water quality through sinks and showers. In addition, a reverse osmosis system is installed in the kitchen for the highest quality drinking water eliminating the need for bottled or any filtered water.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
• Primary bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks
• Two additional bedrooms with queen beds and en-suite bathrooms
• A small bedroom on main floor with twin bed and access to full bath next to it
ROOFTOP:
Enjoy your private rooftop with comfortable seating, fresh air, and city views—a quiet place to relax after a day of exploring LA.
PARKING:
Street parking is always available. Two street parking permits are provided for your stay. Please check sign for parking limitations on street cleaning day.
