Nuevo para 2018: sofá cama, sillón reclinable y muebles de patio.
Disfrute de excelentes vistas del Golfo en un amplio balcón con parrilla.
La unidad tiene capacidad para 4-6 adultos con cama king en master, queen en invitados y un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar.
El Golfo de México está bajando las escaleras y saliendo por la puerta trasera.
Fantásticas vistas a la playa desde el salón y el dormitorio principal. El amplio balcón rodea la esquina del edificio.
La compleja piscina se puede ver tanto desde la ventana de la cocina como desde el balcón, ideal para vigilar a los niños.
Las renovaciones de 2014 incluyen nuevos pisos de baldosas, pintura nueva, nueva unidad de aire acondicionado y calentador de agua.
Televisores de pantalla plana en las paredes de las habitaciones y en la sala de estar, azulejos nuevos, microondas y otras mejoras en la cocina, nuevos espejos y accesorios de luz en el baño, muebles nuevos.

We loved it! You can’t get any closer to the beach - go down a flight of stairs and you hit the sand. The view was beautiful, and we appreciated that it’s a smaller complex, easy to park, and easy to get in and out of the building. The unit itself was lovely, and the big mirror that reflects the gulf into the living room is very cool! We will definitely book this place again.

3rd stay at Gulf Winds condos

I have stayed at the Gulf Winds condos for several years. Tons of great things to say about it but the location to everything is wonderful. Right on the water, the balconies are stunning and all the individual units have been great including 105 (actually the second floor by the pool). The only negatives I have experienced are the parking garage (1st floor ground level) is very very dirty. It needs a sand blowing (daily) and a powerwashing at least quarterly. Also the building itself is in need of a lot of repair. The building up close does not provide a great impression and frankly, quite the opposite for where it is located. It looks in disrepair a bit. Whomever heads up the HOA needs to either become aware of the condition or leave and let someone else run the show. However with that said, would stay there again and will next summer until such time as the aesthetics of the building are no longer tolerable. HOA get it into gear and make this place what it should and can be. Too many positives of the location for the building to look like that.

Peaceful eacape

We seriously enjoyed this area so much. It was quiet and not crowded with everything you needed within 15 min. I’m so glad I chose to be away from the hussle and bussle. The property was easy to locate and access to the beach and pool was perfect for our littles. We will definitely be back!

Good ~ but

Good location ~nice furniture on inside ~ deck furniture very worn out ~ parking very very tight ~ beach chairs, beach towels no where to be found ~ floors ~ our feet stayed very dirty fresh out of shower ~ master toilet was extra squished between wall and tub ~ not enough toilet paper ~ a/c could not keep up with for comfortable sleeping. We will not be staying here again.

Great view of the Blue Angels!

Had a front row seat from the balcony watching the Blue Angels air show. Fantastic! Host was very responsive. Our family had a wonderful time!

We have been going to Gulf Winds since 2015 not the same unit every time though a few years ago it was mostly secluded a few beach goers on the beach with you, but now the gate to the garage is not working in the gate to the beach is nonexistent anyone can come across the street or even park in the grassy median and come in and the beach was very very crowded, there were actually double rows a few days that we were at the beach that being said the unit itself needs a few repairs nicely accommodated but there was a leak under the sink which had a big bowl to catch the leak so I’m sure that it needs to be taken care of. There was mold on the shower curtain in the master bedroom. and the temperature the air conditioner was not working correctly. We had it set on 70 but it very rarely got under 74 all day. I don’t know if that is By Design or not but other than those things we had a very good time, but these things do need to be addressed as they really put a damper on our vacation oh yes, ceiling fans would be so helpful a ceiling fan in each room and the living room. we did use your box fans which were helpful they were not the best fans but thank goodness you did have them or we would’ve been miserable , also some hooks in the bathrooms would be nice to hook, wet, bathing suits and wet towels and all kinds of things even in the bedrooms would also be nice to have some hooks just since especially in the second bedroom there is not much of a closet. Thank you!!

Great place to stay!

Easy access to everything, restaurants etc. but far enough away that the area didn’t feel crowded. You almost felt like you were on a private beach. Very comfortable and clean condo, the master bed was super comfortable. The owners were easily reached and responded quickly to our questions. We recommend!

Beautiful views - immaculate condo

This was by far one of the most immaculately cleaned condos we have stayed in. It was well supplied and even had beach toys in the garage space below. So close to everything. We enjoyed it very much

Beautiful condo and stunning views

This place was something out of a magazine from opening the door and seeing the beautiful view from the 3 big windows in the living room to the fantastic view from the master bedroom when waking up. The beach is literally at your fingertips, quick little walk from the condo to the beach. The condo has its own private parking spot right by the stairs to your room. It also has its own storage box to store your sandy toys and chairs so you don't have to bring them upstairs with you. Also, anyone who stays here has to go down the road and see Fort Pickens, it's $25.00 for the week and the morning walks and drives are something me and my family will never forget. This is a gem of a spot and I'm already trying to plan another a week there ASAP.

Just what we wanted

We have visited the gulf coast several times in spring and summer and wanted to experience it in the winter and mother nature cooperated. I must start by saying that Melissa was wonderful to work with. Very easy to communicate with and provided good advice. Our flights in both directions were changed and she was very accommodating. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. The location is very convenient to the Publix across the bridge and to a lot of good dining options nearby. Access to the beach is easy. If you like dogs, there is a dog beach 200 yards up the beach. As someone else mentioned I too drove past the complex and had a little trouble finding the correct driveway & gate. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Pensacola.

Thanksgiving stay

Arrived in the evening and could not see the number on the building. Directions about entering the gate would have been helpful. "Pull car as close to the gate as possible and it will open automatically." The photo of the building on the email told us we were at the right building. That is about the only thing I would suggest. Everything else was great!

This has been a fun, family project for us. We purchased the unit in December of 2013 and have remodeled and upgraded the property through years. New for 2025 is a completely remodeled kitchen with all new appliances.
We love Pensacola Beach and have enjoyed being a part of the vacation experience for all of our guests.

We like the Gulf-front location, especially the wide back balcony that allows you to feel that you are right on the beach all the time. The place has a relaxed and laid-back feel and is great for a relaxing getaway. Gulf Winds is a small complex, which allows guests to avoid some of the chaos of staying in large condo building during the busiest summer months.

Waking up in the master bedroom and looking out over the phenomenal beach view is an experience that is hard to beat.
