Villa with secluded garden in exclusive residence which offers a large pool

THE HOUSE: A spacious villa in an exclusive development. Residents have access to a top quality, large (15 x 8m), shared - but quiet - swimming pool just 150m from the door. The house is designed in traditional Provencal style and to a high standard of quality, finish and insulation. It is surrounded on all four sides by its own treed garden (800m2). It is a spacious villa (115m2) with a south-facing aspect via full height door-windows from the sitting room and master bedroom to a shaded patio (ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation). There is also a stone paved patio to the rear offering sun and shade, with plenty of space for outdoor living.

LIVING AREA: The large living area is tastefully but comfortably furnished and has a raised, timber-beamed ceiling. We provide high speed optical fibre Wi-Fi plus TV. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave) features a breakfast bar.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: Three bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests: the master bedroom has an en suite bath with separate shower and WC. The second bathroom has a shower and WC. There is a third WC in the cloakroom.

LOCAL HIGHLIGHTS: Whether you want to explore the Luberon area and Haute-Provence or just relax at home, you will not be disappointed. Village/shops 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike, 30 minutes on foot. Three good restaurants can be found within 15 minutes drive.

WHEELCHAIR USERS: Please note, the building is NOT suitable for wheelchair users.

BOOKINGS: During the high season, we ask for Saturday to Saturday bookings. If Saturdays are a problem for your travel plans, PLEASE don't hesitate to contact us . We will do our best to work out a good solution.

Fantastic spot for a perfect holiday

The house is perfectly situated in a very nice and quiet environment. The pool is very close by and perfect for a swim and to cool off during the warm summer days. From Pierrevert all the beautiful spots in the Provence can be visited. Don’t forget Lac d’Esparron-de-Verdon!

Stunning House with a wonderful garden

Dear Bill, Thank you for allowing us to holiday in your wonderful home. We really enjoyed staying in your home and want to thank you as well as your local managers for the warm welcome as well as having the possibility to use your house as starting point for all of our day trips in the Provence. Your house is an exceptional place and is fully equipped with all necessary equipment’s which are necessary to have a long holiday with small kids. As we arrived in May 2016 we got warmly welcomed by the local managers and found a fresh and chilling bottle of wine in the fridge to get our holiday started. The house is in an exceptionally state as you see that the owners are using it as their second home. The house was very clean and offered us exceptional possibilities to cook and barbeque outside on the terrace. The garden is remarkably cultivated and invites you to relax within different spots. A real great experience was the pool area which invites to relax and to swim. As the pool is central and being shared with other tenants it offers possibilities that people get in touch with each other. For us personally the shared pool has the amenity that due to the fact that it is shared and locked, we haven’t had to fear that the kids plunge into the pool by accident. The pool area is very clean and comfortably sized which is an advantage against a smaller private pool. We can highly recommend the house as well as the location if you plan to visit the Provence and look for an ideal starting point for your day trips. Die Unterkunft ist grandios. Wunderschön eingerichtet, bestens ausgestattete Küche, Gemütliche Terrasse mit vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, sehr schöner Garten, liebevoll bepflanzt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch den Pool haben wir sehr genossen, es ist eine sehr ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre. Die Unterkunft ist gut geeignet für alle erdenklichen Ausflüge in die Provence - von Gigondas bis Marseille, vom Pont du Gard bis zur Schlucht von Verdon. Lavendelfelder in der Valensole Hochebene, Ockerfelsen von Roussillon, Aix-En-Provence, Avignon, die vielen Wochenmärkte,… . Alles ein Hochgenuss. Volle Punktzahl und noch viel mehr :).

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la région de Manosque

Magnifique séjour à Pierrevert dans une très belle maison au calme et très bien équipée. La piscine de la résidence est super agréable et peu fréquentée. Les accès à Gréoux, Forcalquier, Valensole sont rapides et faciles. Les Alpes de Haute Provence, une belle découverte !

Wundervoller Sommerurlaub 2021

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und vor allem sehr geräumig. Auch die beiden Terrassen auf der Vorder- und Rückseite sind klasse. Es liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist sehr ruhig. Lediglich die dahinter liegende Strasse hört man etwas, was wir jedoch als nicht störend empfunden haben. Die Anlage liegt in der Nähe vom Golfplatz und man benutzt den grossen Pool mit mehreren Familien/Hauseigentümern. Der Pool ist ca. 250m entfernt und schön gross. Obwohl wir in der Hauptsaison da waren, war der Pool nie überfüllt. Viele Male waren wir ganz alleine dort. Aufgrund der Grösse eignet er sich ideal zum Bahnen ziehen. Unsere Jungs hatten ihre Freude daran. Leider gibt es am Pool keine Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Man kann jedoch die Liegen vom Haus mit bringen oder sich auf ein Handtuch legen. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön! Ein Spaziergang hoch zum Golfplatz de Luberon oder nach Montfuron durch Weinberge hindurch lohnt sich sehr. Der Luberon-Radweg verläuft direkt vor der Tür. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und der Weg morgens zum Baguette holen rauf nach Pierrevert war einfach wunderbar. Aufgrund der Steigung jedoch etwas anspruchsvoll. Dafür wird man mit einem herrlichen Ausblick belohnt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt liegt mit dem Auto ca. 5 Min. entfernt. In Manosque gibt es viele Supermärkte für den Grosseinkauf. Pierrevert ist ein kleiner, netter Ort. Sonntags ist Markt mit einigen kleinen Ständen. Die Innenstadt von Manosque verfügt über zahlreiche kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants. Wir haben die Zeit im Ferienhaus in der Provence sehr genossen und hatten einen wundervollen Sommerurlaub.

So glad you enjoyed your visit, the house, the pool, the countryside. In return I must say, you have been super guests. Come back next year! Translation of your review follows: The house is very well equipped and, above all, very spacious. The two terraces on the front and back are also great. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is very quiet. You can only hear something from the street behind, which we did not find disturbing. The complex is close to the golf course and the large pool is shared with several families / homeowners. The pool is about 250m away and is nice and big. Even though we were there in the high season, the pool was never overcrowded. Many times we were there all alone. Due to its size, it is ideal for pulling laps. Our boys enjoyed it. Unfortunately, there are no seats or loungers at the pool. However, you can bring the loungers from the house or lie on a towel. The surroundings are beautiful! A walk up to the golf course de Luberon or to Montfuron through vineyards is very worthwhile. The Luberon cycle path is right outside. We had our bikes with us and the way up to Pierrevert to pick up baguettes in the morning was simply wonderful. A bit demanding due to the incline. For this you will be rewarded with a wonderful view. A small supermarket is about 5 minutes away by car. There are many supermarkets for bulk purchases in Manosque. Pierrevert is a small, nice place. On Sundays there is a market with a few small stalls. Downtown Manosque has numerous small shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time in the holiday home in Provence and had a wonderful summer vacation.

Wunderschönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr groß, sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Es hat wirklich alles, was man brauchen kann. Der Pool in Laufdistanz ist auch sehr gepflegt. In der Umgebung kann man sehr viele outdoor -Aktivitäten machen. Wir waren Velo fahren ( Mt. Ventoux), Kajak fahren( Esparron-de-Verdon) und wandern( Toulourenc) und Vieles mehr. Danke für die nette Betreuung am Anfang und Ende des Aufenthaltes.

Très bien !

Maison calme et agréable à vivre. Location bien organisée et propriétaire réactif à toute demande. Accès aisé et appréciable à la piscine. Belles balades à pieds ou en vélo à proximité. Un peu de route pour découvrir le Verdon et ses activités ( canyoning, rafting, randonnée aquatique), avec de magnifiques paysages.

Très jolie maison très bien aménagée. Le propriétaire est toujours à l'écoute et quelqu'un sur place est toujours là pour vous si besoin. Domage que la piscine commune soit trop petite, nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner car il y avait trop de monde. Il faut très chaud à cette période de l'année et nous aurions aimé pouvoir en profiter. La région est très jolie, et est la maison est très bien placée pour faire des visites des sites au alentours. Nathalie

Location agréable excepté

- une literie défaillante (sommiers) inadaptée pour des occupants un peu corpulents, 4 sommiers ont été rapidement remplacés, mais malheureusement pas bien adaptés aux lits - un grille-pain lui aussi defaillant (en court-circuit) provoquant une coupure d'électricité rapidement solutionnée mais le grille-pain n'a pas été remplacé, donc pas de pain grillé le matin (dommage !) Malgré tout le séjour a été très agréable, les voisins sont vigilants, attentionnés, rendant service et bien gentils.

Merci pour votre avis; nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour et l'excellent service fourni par nos responsables locaux. En ce qui concerne les sommiers, nous regrettons que vous ayez eu quelques petits dérangements mais content que cela ait été réglé rapidement. Un tel problème ne s’était pas posé auparavant, il semble donc que les circonstances étaient extrêmement inhabituelles. Il convient de noter que les coûts engagés (plus de 400 € pour remplacer tous les 4 sommiers) ont été entièrement payés par nous, de même que les coûts liés aux chaises longues endommagées. En ce qui concerne le grille-pain, malheureusement, les appareils électriques font défaut de temps en temps et il n'est pas possible de les remplacer immediatement. Cependant, il y a un grill dans le four qui peut facilement être utilisé pour éviter la déception de ne pas avoir de pain grillé.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Pool in wunderschöner Umgebung, ein großartiger Urlaub

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) verbrachten tolle 3 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, hat ein tolles grosses und hohes Wohnzimmer, es hat glücklicherweise Mücken Netze und Ventilatoren. Der Pool ist absolut toll und die Nachbarschaft sehr freundlich. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben viele kleinere Ausflüge gemacht, es gibt in der Umgebung sehr viel zu sehen. Auch mit kleinen Kindern wird es nicht langweilig. Bill Roxby war sehr freundlich, trotz eines von uns verursachten Durcheinanders mit dem Haus Schlüssel am Ende des Aufenthaltes. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und können das Ferienhaus ohne Vorbehalte weiterempfehlen. In Pierrevert gibt es eine sehr sehr gute Bäckerei und einen kleinen, gut sortierten Supermarkt. Pierrevert ist auch ein sehr charmantes Dorf. Wir können uns alle vorstellen, dort nocheinmal Urlaub zu machen.

Wonderful

Our third visit here. The house is perfectly located for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. It’s wonderfully comfortable and well equipped. We made a lot of use of the outdoor dining area. Hope to return before too long!

Excellent rapport qualité prix, très belles prestations, belle situation et propriétaire à l'écoute

MAISON Les + : Récente et très calme dans un lotissement d'environ 80 maisons à côté du golf du Lubéron Spacieuse et bien isolée (reste fraiche en journée l'été à condition de bien utiliser les volets) Moustiquaires sur toutes les fenêtres Pas de vis à vis Belle terrasse d’été ombragée Beau terrain avec pelouse bien verte et complétement arboré et clos (sauf accès voiture mais vous pouvez laisser celle-ci dans le chemin) Très bien équipée (wi-fi; cuisine avec vraiment tout le nécessaire; machine à laver; plancha sur la terrasse, etc.) 2 salles de bains, 3 WC (toute la robinetterie fonctionnait parfaitement avec une bonne pression d’eau) Bonnes literies La piscine à 5 minutes à pieds, propre, très grande et finalement assez peu fréquentée (aout) à la vue du nombre de maisons du lotissement. Les - : L’arrosage automatique : toutes les nuits vers 4 h ... Manque un portail à l’accès principal pour sécuriser complétement l'espace (en cas de jeunes "explorateurs") SITUATION Les + : Parfaite pour qui veut découvrir la Provence, dans un rayon d’1h15 vous trouverez (entre autres): Les gorges du Verdon et le lac de ste Croix Les villages perchés et caves du Luberon Le colorado provençale et les mines d’Ocres La haute montagne des Alpes de haute Provence Le littoral et les calanques A 15 minutes, Manosque offre des beaux restaurants et cafés et une grande zone commerciale Les – : Il faut sa voiture pour tout (Le village de PierreVert est en hauteur et à quelques kilomètres de la maison, vous y trouverez le minimum pour dépanner : boulangerie et petits commerces types boucherie et tabac presse) Manosque est à quinze minutes mais attention à certaines heures l’accès à la zone commerciale et à l’autoroute est complétement saturé… PROPRIETAIRE / INTENDANCE SUR PLACE Les + : Super communication avec Bill le propriétaire, réponses très rapides, très arrangeant et vraiment très pro, bravo. Attention néanmoins échanges en anglais (mais peut être parle-t-il français ?) Bonne intendance sur place, pas de surprises avec la propreté (ménage compris dans le prix) et l’état général de la maison, on voit qu’elle est bien entretenue. Les – : Un léger manque de flexibilité sur les horaires d’arrivée, nous souhaitions arriver en décalé samedi soir pour éviter les bouchons mais cela n’a pas été possible, nous avons donc pris les clés dimanche matin à 8h00 CONCLUSION Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, très belle villa et superbe situation.

Lovely modern and spacious villa in a good location.

Clean, modern and spacious accommodation. Very well equipped and comfortable. Intructions in English would have been useful for dishwasher and washing machine. Well located for touring especially the Gorges du Verdon which is stunning. We enjoyed our stay.
