RENTAL AGREEMENT/ GUEST VERIFICATION (Required): A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking. The agreement includes guest identity verification, occupancy limits, no-party/no-event policy, property rules, damage responsibility, and compliance with local regulations and insurance requirements. If this requirement within 24 hours of time of booking, host may cancel this reservation without penalty.
WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with booking platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.

RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!

CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST

The initial address was a little confusing and took us to the wrong spot, but once we arrived, we were very happy. The property is beautiful and spacious, and we loved waking up to the sight of deer in the field every morning. Highly recommend!
