The Space:

Upon entering this 1220 square foot home you will be greeted with floor to ceiling windows with jaw dropping views of the Las Vegas Valley! It is situated on the 32nd floor of the Palms Place Hotel and is the perfect destination to connect with your family and friends and make lifetime memories!

Guest Access:

You will be staying in a suite at the Palms Place so you will have access to all amenities at the Palms Place Hotel. Please keep in mind the pool area is closed during the winter season. Exact dates for the pool season change every year so please check with hotel.



You also have access to Palms Casino Pool during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Right in the same building of Palms Place you will find Rojo Lounge for small bites and drinks. Stroll 5 minutes through an indoor walkway and find yourself on the casino floor of Palms! You will have the convenience of space and kitchen of a condo but be steps away from the Las Vegas action! Some of our favorite highlights is dim sum lunch at Tim Ho Wan, steak for dinner at Scotch 80 Prime and drinks and dancing on the rooftop at Ghostbar. The Las Vegas strip is just a couple minutes away driving and the options are endless!



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are readily available in Las Vegas. You are also welcome to bring your own car or drive a rental car. Valet parking and free self parking are available. Public transportation such as buses are also available in Las Vegas.



Other Things to Note:

Check in is at the front desk of the Palms Place Hotel. All names of guests needing key access must be sent as a separate message to the host immediately after booking. Please make sure host confirms receipt of the names to ensure there will be no issues with your check in. You must show ID with same name to obtain a key.



Please note: Palms Place Hotel requires the reservation holder or one of the guest to be at least 21 years old or older in order to check in.



Palms Place provides 1 set of bed sheets for the sofa bed (in addition to the sheets already on the king bed), 1 blanket, 5 bath towels, 4 hand towels, and 2 face towels for your stay. If you plan on using the second sofa bed there is an additional cost of $23/day for another set of bed sheets and $6 charge for each additional towel set. The additional blanket is also $6 per day. If you want to request a rollaway bed this has to be done in advance for $34/day or if you would like the unit to be cleaned during your stay it is $52 per cleaning. The cleaning fee you pay at time of booking only covers your cleaning at checkout. This is what the hotel charges us so we give the option for guests to add this on instead of offering automatically which will in turn raise the rates for our guests. Please let us know before your check-in if you would like any of these options added to your stay.



You will need to provide a credit card upon check-in to collect a daily hotel security deposit of $100 per day (maximum $500 per stay) to cover any incidental expenses that may arise. The authorization hold will be released and refunded upon checkout should no additional charges be incurred. This is simply a hold and not a charge. There are no additional charges or resort fees upon check-in. The amount you pay on Airbnb is your total for your stay.



No parties or events are allowed in the unit. Room key must be shown to security every time you access the elevator and they will not let large groups up at the same time.
