Whether you’re a couple, a family, or a group of friends, enjoy cozy evenings surrounded by nature after your day’s excursions—either on the fenced-in 1,000-square-meter wooded property or in the dining or living room.

We provide a barbecue barrel where many wonderful barbecue evenings have already been enjoyed over a glass of wine.

The area around Carlsberg features a well-developed network of hiking trails, including certified trails such as the Leininger Burgenweg, the Leininger Klosterweg, the Leiningerland-Eckbach-Mühlenwanderweg, and even the long-distance trails Pfälzer Weinsteig, Pfälzer Höhenweg, and Pfälzer Waldpfad—all of which can be reached on a day trip and hiked as a single stage.
Not far from the vacation home is a soccer field, and hiking trails begin right nearby.

The vacation home is for the exclusive use of guests and is completely fenced in, so your four-legged friend can also enjoy their vacation without any worries.
