The new Hochkönig Ferien apartment is located in a quiet area directly above the center of Mühlbach. It is equipped with every luxury: 2 bedrooms, a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room, 2 bathrooms with toilets, and a shared wellness area with a sauna. You can enjoy a magnificent view from the large, sunny private terrace. There are 3 flat-screen TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 private parking spaces. A heated ski storage room, a covered bike storage area, and a washer and dryer are available.
The nearest gondola, the Karbachalmbahn, is just a 5-minute drive from the apartment. The free ski/hiking bus stops 120 meters from the apartment.
Mühlbach is a 10-minute drive from the Salzburg highway and the Bischofshofen train station, which is connected to the international rail network. Salzburg Airport is a 45-minute drive away.
The Hochkönig Card is included in your stay. With this card, you’ll receive many free extras, such as access to the mountain railways in summer, the hiking and ski bus, swimming pools, and more.
The luxury apartment measures 65 m² and features a terrace on a sunny south-facing slope. It is fully equipped with underfloor heating. o There is a fast Wi-Fi connection; the password is on the router in the apartment’s hallway. o In addition to national channels, you can watch YouTube and Netflix on the 3 available TV sets, provided you have a subscription. A Chromecast is also available in the living room, allowing you to stream content from your digital devices to the TV. o There is a small supermarket and a bakery in town. You can get information about the bread delivery service, etc., from the hostess.

This luxurious (Dec. 2020) apartment is located on a sunny south-facing slope directly above the village center. The small and authentic complex consists of 5 apartments. Our ground-floor apartment accommodates up to 6 people, with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms featuring double beds (180×200), and a comfortable sofa bed (160×200) in the living room. Towel package and bed linens included.

On-site fees: No smoking or pets allowed. Bedding and towels included. Use of shared wellness facilities and sauna. 30% deposit due within 4 days of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
