Welcome to Park View B, a beautifully updated historic apartment originally built in 1875 and thoughtfully modernized to offer both charm and comfort. Perched on the top floor of a classic Savannah home, this two-bedroom, one-bath residence sits directly across from the south end of Forsyth Park, placing guests steps away from one of Savannah’s most beloved landmarks. With abundant natural light, high ceilings, and preserved historic details, Park View B offers the ideal blend of character and convenience for your stay in the Historic District.
The spacious living area is warm and inviting, featuring ample seating, a decorative fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and a sleeper sofa for added flexibility. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and includes a dining area with seating for four, making it perfect for enjoying a relaxed meal at home. Throughout the apartment, guests will appreciate the refinished hardwood floors, stylish furnishings, curated décor, and modern amenities that elevate this historic space.
The primary bedroom includes a plush king-sized bed, a generous walk-in closet, and a flat-screen TV. The guest bedroom—accessible through the primary bedroom—offers two double beds and a TV, making it a cozy space for families or close friends. The full bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, and the in-unit washer and dryer ensure added convenience for longer stays.
