This combo listing includes two stylish, brand-new homes located right next to each other, perfect for large groups, family gatherings, or bachelor/bachelorette weekends. Together, the homes offer 22 beds across 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, plus additional sleeping options in the living areas.



Each home features an open-concept layout with modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchens, large dining tables, and spacious living areas — ideal for group meals, game nights, or relaxing together. High ceilings, abundant natural light, and multiple TVs (including an 80” in the main living room) ensure comfort and entertainment for everyone.



Upstairs, enjoy rooftop patios with city views, string lights, and gas fire pits — perfect for sunset cocktails, evening conversations, or outdoor games. Each home also includes a garage and street parking for convenience.



Located just minutes from Broadway, Music Row, Centennial Park, Nissan Stadium, and the 12 South neighborhood, these homes put you close to Nashville’s best dining, nightlife, and entertainment. Self check-in makes arrival easy, and all the amenities you need — towels, linens, Wi-Fi, cable, washer/dryer, and fully stocked kitchens — are provided.



Whether you’re hosting a big celebration or a relaxing weekend with friends, these two homes together provide the perfect mix of privacy, space, and community.



This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
