Enjoy unbeatable ocean views from this three-bedroom, 2.5-bath multi-level condo in the heart of Mission Beach. The main living area and primary bedroom offer stunning, unobstructed views of the Pacific, while a large ground-level patio opens directly onto the boardwalk just steps from the sand, creating the perfect setting for mornings by the water or evening sunsets. The living room features an entertainment center and leather seating, making it a comfortable space for relaxing or gathering with family.

All three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary suite has a queen bed, private bath, and private balcony with panoramic ocean views. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with three twin beds, ideal for kids. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping space. This condo is baby- and kid-friendly, with two Pack’n’Play cribs, two highchairs, a walker, a child-size folding table with chairs, two kid beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a selection of beach toys and pails. A child’s wetsuit is available for kids 40–60 lbs, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf.

This property was the PERFECT home! Located in the center between Mission and Pacific. Accommodated all 7 of us comfortably. No complaints from us as we enjoyed every relaxing and convenient minute of our stay. Thank you and we will be back!

Perfect Location

Great Location ~ House is a little dated and needs a coat of paint outside, but inside was functional, clean, and as advertised. All the beach toys and kitchen utensils as described. Great for beach access and boardwalk access. Secret is the double deep garage so 2 cars fit nicely. Great experience would stay again.

The property is not over cluttered like other rentals , very roomy and the furnitures just right. We have rented many properties at Mission Beach in past few years most of the owners makes their property so cluttered with unnecessary furniture . This is perfect we loved it and coming back in August for two weeks .

The property was as advertised. On the promenade. 10 steps to the sand, right between Mission and Pacific beach shopping and dining. Check in and property instructions were easy and spot on. Everyone had an awesome time and would rent this property again. If this property wasn’t available, we would refer to San Diego Vacation Rentals again. Thanks

Nice property that needs attention.

We were going pleased with the space to move around. Outdoor furniture lacked support and had no cushion left. We had to use the pull out couch and very disappointed when we opened it up to find full of food crumbs and the mattress was filthy. It had a cover over the rest so we did use it. My brother spent the next day cleaning out the couch and vacuuming the floor under the couch which was covered in food crumbs. We also had one twin bed with broken springs and it could not be slept in. The place has potential and if they add a patio umbrella over the outdoor couch, with other attention to cleaning it would be a perfect get away. For what we paid these are things I hope to not find.

Needs some attention

The property was very clean and updated however the furniture and beds were terrible. We couldn’t enjoy a movie or just sitting and visiting inside or out. The patio furniture cushions were completely flat and the sofas and chairs inside were hard as rocks and had seen better days. The mattresses feel like pull out sofa mattresses.. All other updates were awesome. The kitchen is beautiful and needs more glassware and some updated cookware. We would stay again if these items were addressed and updated.

Great place but beware upstairs

Great location comfortable beds. Place just needs updating. Rain gutters and paint falling off outside. Windows stained and plexiglass dirty. A lot of rust everywhere plus furniture (two small chairs in living room) was uncomfortable needs updating.

LOVED having the 3 bikes and they're fully stocked for summer fun with toys, chairs, kites, etc. Couldn't find beach towels and 1 call to property mgr that was fixed. Only suggestion, more bath towels and wash cloths. You won't be disappointed in your stay here!

The rental was more than we could have asked for. Not only was the rental beautiful but it was extremely comfortable. We found the rental to be clean and anything we could want was there for us to use. We found bikes, beach toys, high chair, stroller to name a few. Our experience during an emotional time was wonderful.

As a result, I can say that it's both a great vacation location and a great place to stay if you have to be going to downtown. The house was beautiful and it was located on a great strip of beach with a fantastic view of the Pacific. Nothing beats being able to relax on your porch while watching the sunset. The house also came with bikes, which was a surprise! A few of us made the bike ride up to La Jolla one day and it was awesome. I'd recommend this to anyone: great price, great location, and great amenities!
