NO smoking indoors of any kind please - penalty $200 if ozone machine required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.
Pets are welcome with prior approval. I ask that you please keep them off of the furniture to avoid incurring additional cleaning costs.
Please note my pet fee is $200/month/pet and will be requested approximately a week prior to your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please make sure you reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.
