Enjoy a spacious, dog-friendly historic retreat with private parking and a fenced yard. This booking gives you exclusive access to the Main and Upper Levels of our 1910 home. With 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a chef-ready kitchen, your group of up to 14 can gather comfortably for reunions, Grace College graduation weekends, or Lancer athletic events.

NOTE: This listing covers the Main and Upper Levels. The Garden Level unit below is a separate space. While it will not be rented to other guests, it may be owner-occupied during your stay.

- Bedroom 5 (Machu Picchu Bunk Room): The "Fun" Room! Full-over-Full Bunk + Twin Trundle + Twin Bed (Sleeps 6). Features the indoor Climbing Wall & Monkey Bars.
- Bathroom 3: Full Hall Bathroom shared by Machu Picchu & Capri.
- Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer.

***PLEASE NOTE: If you are traveling with dogs, please let us know the breed and size when booking!***
We love dogs! Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome to join your stay for a non-refundable pet fee. To protect our historic home and respect future guests, we require:

- Furniture: Pets are strictly prohibited from all beds and upholstered furniture.
- Crating: Dogs must be crated if left unattended in the home.
- Waste: Please pick up after your pet immediately in the fenced yard or on the trails.
- Leashed: Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside our fenced backyard.
