• This rental is a combined configuration that includes Suite 203 and 204, located within a boutique hotel setting composed of individual suites and common spaces.
o Units have a single door that can be kept open or closed to seal off both units from hallway. Then a small hallway to walk in between each unit for separate unit access.
o Guests may encounter other visitors throughout the property and in shared common areas, including the lobby, gym, game room, etc.
• This building is equipped with five (5) security cameras:
o (1) located at the front door and monitoring the walkway into the building,
o (2) located in the lobby and monitoring the lobby area and entry doors,
