We provide our guests with a personalized code for check in. For everyone's safety you will receive the address 72 hours in advance and entry information 24 hours before your arrival.



Other things to note

We’re excited to host you and hope you enjoy your stay! Please respect our home and the quiet neighborhood by following these rules. By booking, you agree to all of the following:



✅ Check‑In: 4:00 PM | Check‑Out: 10:00 AM

Guests must be 25+ years old to book. A government‑issued ID is required to confirm your reservation.



🚭 NO SMOKING, DRUGS, and VAPING

Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted anywhere on the property (inside or outside). Violation = $1,000 fine.



🎉 No Parties or Loud Gatherings

No parties, loud music, or large gatherings allowed. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM.

If neighbors complain or police are called, guests will be asked to leave immediately with no refund, plus a $1,000 fine.



🧽 Cleaning & Care

Please report any maintenance or cleaning issues shortly after check‑in so we can resolve them quickly.



There is no daily housekeeping. For stays over 30 days, deep cleaning can be arranged for $300.



Missing/damaged items (including stained towels/sheets) will be charged at 2× replacement cost.



Lost or damaged remotes = $200 each.



👥 Guest Count & Visitors

Only registered guests may stay overnight.

- Children count as guests & must be included in your reservation.

- No unapproved visitors.

- Extra guests = $200 per person per night.



🐾 No Animals

We cannot accommodate animals. Violation = $500 per animal, per night, plus additional cleaning fees.



📦 No Mail or Package Deliveries

We cannot accept mail or packages at the property. Please arrange delivery to a pickup location.



🎬 Events & Commercial Use

Any filming, photography, events, or commercial use requires written approval & additional fees. Please ask the Host before booking.



🧹 Treat the Home with Care

Please keep the home, furniture, appliances, and inventory clean & in good order.



⏰ Late Check‑Out

Late check‑out must be requested in advance & approved. Unapproved late check‑out = $200 per hour.



📷 Security Cameras and Noise Monitoring

We employ security and safety measures for our guests and neighbors. Thus, the following devices are installed:



- 1 doorbell camera at the main front entrance

- 1 exterior camera at the back entrance

- 1 exterior camera along the side entrance monitoring both the lower entry



All cameras are located on the exterior of the property and in no way/shape/form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7.



Tampering with, disabling, or obstructing any of these devices will result in immediate cancellation of your booking with no refund. No exceptions.



Noise, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors inside the home (no video recording).

Guests are responsible for any parking tickets or law violations.



We are not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of belongings during your stay.



By booking, you accept these terms & are responsible for any damages, fees, or removal costs if rules are broken.
