Sunny 3-bedroom apartment with Alpine view and 2 parking spaces in Crans-Montana
We are renting out our pride and joy: a spacious, upscale 4.5-room apartment in a prime location in Montana with 2 parking spaces. 7 beds in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, additional sofa bed, kitchen, south-facing balcony, wonderful view. The apartment is located between the village center and Lake Moubra. Everything is within walking distance, free ski bus (very close). Ideal for families, groups, and anyone looking for peace, comfort, and space while still staying close to the slopes, shops, restaurants, golf, tennis, cross-country skiing, and sports hall. Instead of traveling by car, you can also easily reach the property by public transportation.
It ist a bright and spacious apartment on the 2nd floor with unique panoramic Alpine views, including two parking spaces—no pets allowed.
For a maximum of 9 people, ideal for 6-7.
Apartment:
• Sunny master bedroom (super king size, 200 cm x 200 cm) with en-suite bathroom and wonderful panoramic mountain views. Private access to the south-facing balcony.
• Second bright bedroom with queen-size bed (160cmx200cm) and single bed (90x200cm)
• Third flexible bedroom with queen-size bed that can be converted into two single beds.
• Two bathrooms in total: one with bathtub, one with shower
• Spacious living/dining room with an natural fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings after a day outdoors.
• The designer sofa can also be converted into a double bed, so that a maximum of 9 people could actually stay overnight. However, the apartment is best for 6-7 people.
• Large TV with Replay 7days and unlimited WiFi data included.
• Spacious rustic dining area with extendable solid wood table, seating for up to 10 people.
• Sideboard/secretary desk with comfortable workspace, two drawers full of games, various books, maps/plans, placemats for 8 people, 2 fondue sets, raclette oven.
• Separate, fully equipped, slightly older but very practical kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and everything you need
• Large balcony for outdoor dining or drinks at sunset with breathtaking views of the Alps. Bistro tables and chairs for 4 people, plus 2 deck chairs
The center of Montana with ski lifts, shops, restaurants, and a mini golf course is about a 7-minute walk (slightly uphill). The free shuttle bus stop is just around the corner, a 2-minute walk away. The bus takes you to the center of Montana and Crans.
Lac Moubra is less than a 10-minute walk away (3 minutes by free shuttle bus) and offers swimming, kayaking, tennis, climbing, bike trails, beach volleyball, an outdoor fitness area, and a high ropes course. Stables for horseback riding are less than a 10-minute walk or 2 minutes by car.
The renowned golf courses of Crans are about a 20-minute walk or 5 minutes by car/shuttle bus.
In winter, the cross-country ski trail is very close (5 minutes on foot), as are the winter walking trails across the golf course.
The apartment has two free private parking spaces (1x garage, 1x outside directly in front of the door).
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment with three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a separate kitchen.
