Spend the day splashing around in the cool gulf waters then come back to cook up a delicious meal in the full kitchen. The washer and dryer will rinse the saltwater from those swimtrunks and you can spread out on a comfy sofa to watch a good cable movie or show on the flatscreen TV with friends while cooling off under the central AC. You'll love the private balcony, especially when you enjoy it with your first cup of morning coffee. Later, put on your best street clothes and head out to explore all the shops, restaurants, and family-friendly activities of Miramar Beach!

Take the kids eight miles west to visit Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park where they can explore all the awesome slides and attractions like Fun Fountains, Tiki River Run, and Bombs Away Bay. I loved this Condo!!! The room's were beautiful

This Condo was very neat and well equipped with everything you need for a great time. I loved the view of the beach from the balcony and the easy access to the beach. The staff was very polite and friendly....Will Definitely be back!!!!

Perfect Get Away

Honestly, the picture don’t even compare to how AMAZING this place is. We did not want to leave. Perfect view and steps away from the beach. The balcony is absolutely breathtaking . Easy parking and close to so many activities. Thanks for an awesome stay.

Great place to stay @ super close to the beach!!

We went with the family and we enjoyed it to the max! We seré súper close to the beach which was a super plus+ Staff were super friendly! We had an issue with the ac but they got maintenance to repair it really fast! Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Beautiful condo

Stayed the weekend with my girlfriends. Had a wonderful time. Large, spacious rooms - close to lots of restaurants and shopping - beautiful views from inside the living area as well as from the balcony. Steps to the beach! Loved every minute of it - did not want to leave. Will certainly be back.

Great Stay!!

I loved everything about this property, from the private balcony, to the location. It was right across the street from the beach & we had 2 free beach chairs & an umbrella. The location was next to everything. It was clean, spacious, & everything we expected. The only thing it was lacking was a broom. I loved this space so much I bought one & left it there for the next guest lol. Will definitely be back, within the year if possible!!

Review

First impression of the resort was not ideal. We waited a good while on the elevator. There are two for 15 floors which is difficult with the number of rooms. We got on the elevator and the fire helmet turned orange. We were stuck on the lobby level with the doors opened. I let the front desk know. Waited 5-10 minutes for maintenance to help. The gentleman seemed put out. Turned his key and walked off. The elevator door closed immediately and my husband and I were separated. Night one the individuals staying in room 811A were smoking pot. The fumes filled our condo. After hours passed I called security and asked them to ask the tenants to stop. Security said they would take care of it but never did. The next morning it continued and we spoke to the man at the front desk who was on his cell phone and didn’t recognize that we had walked up. He said he’d call security and address it. I explained that I was a heart patient and could not be around it. There is a clear policy on no smoking in the units. I don’t think the young man thought it was an issue. All of these things were not the unit owners fault but I do blame resort. The beach access and pools were great. Enjoyed the restaurant on site too!

Property is dating just a tad but constant upkeep was present and non-intrusive. The location and condo itself were wonderful. Beaches were wonderful and full of white soft sand. Can walk for miles on paved sidewalks by the road or on the beach. Seamlessly endless. Far away from any public beaches. Heather at the front desk was outstanding and very accommodating. Curtis down at the beach helped with beach chairs and weather info from a tropical storm west of us. Both were fantastic and very responsive to our needs. Planning a trip next year. Same place, why go anywhere else?!?!
