You'll love the coastal vibe at this two-story townhouse with a gorgeous sound view just across the street from the Gulf. Before you even head out to the beach, you'll have ample opportunity to bask in the Florida sunshine from the home's three furnished balconies. The spacious terrace off the main living area has a dining table set up for an alfresco meal while you take in the sound's beauty. Guests will also have access to the HEATED community pool if you fancy a splash without the salt.



The rental's tastefully-decorated interior has fun touches like seafoam green painted cabinetry and nautical-themed rope toilet paper holders. Other amenities that will keep you in the comforts of home include central AC, a private washer and dryer, and a full kitchen.

Great Location

The condo was clean and had plenty of space for two. An easy walk to the pier and beach. We will stay here again.

Beautifully Maintained

This was a great place to stay. The location of the property was so convenient. Close to everything we needed. Everything in the townhouse was comfortable and welcoming.

Fit the bill

Worked out great for us. Nice place, roomy and comfortable king bed in master rm. price was right. Kitchen was great. Gas grill should be replaced; bad shape but worked with a lighter. The pier looked great for a fisherman or boater. Drove a couple of blocks to ocean side beaches and restaurants.

Clean, affordable

Overall a great quiet stay. Spotless with the exception of the two living room sofas. They need replaced or cleaned!

Originally we planned a family Day trip to the beach 3 hour drive there/back. Most places want you to stay more than one night. But I was able to come across this place. It was greatly place to go after our all day at the beach. Nice and clean, cold A/c. Super comfortable bed. Great location

July relax

This property is very nice ,modern ,big,comfortable ,probably one of the best we ever stayed to be honest.Beds are super comfortable. We had a little problem at the beginning, but their customer service is excellent, their prompt and detailed communication is one of the best i have experienced in a very long time.I would definitely recommend this property with Vacasa management. THANK YOU.

Great location … need to clean the floors

It was great location…… had to contact Vacasa due to the cleanliness of the unit! The cleaners need to seeep the floors better and MOP! The floors was disgusting and clearly not mopped! There was a roach in the shower. There were dirty glasses put up with clean dishes… shower curtain had mold on it. The water faucet to the tub downstairs is covered with mold, This place clearly is not being cleaned properly!!!!

Bigger then Expected!

This location was much bigger then expected and had all of the amenities of a fully stocked house. Honestly we could have left half of our stuff at home. The extra beds and comfy couches could have easily fit more then the 4 of use who went. Loved the Turtle Sanctuary down the street, and everyone was sooo nice. The only draw back was that the internet did not get fixed while we were there, but this was very minor, as we spent a great deal of time at the beach. And we were able to watch Netflix on the TV at the end of the day. With four girls, having two full sized bathrooms was a big hit! It was very well decorated without being over the top. Next big family trip we will be booking here!

Loved it

The location and place are absolutely breathtaking. Came to visit my daughter whom lived in Waterford sound but wanted to have our on space. This fit all our needs and very clean. The resident who live on site are absolutely amazing and friendly could not ask for a more perfect place and people . I would highly recommend this to anyone and will stay again. My only complaint is I had 8 and that is who stayed in condo but I asked bc I wanted to have my daughter and grandkids over after beach day for dinner but because max was 8 and that is me my husband son his wife and 3 kids and my other son I was told I could not have my daughter and family over for dinner. Let know it would be just dinner and was told if we have 8 we cannot have visitors over to eat and visit. That was a very bad let down as traffic backs up at times and we wanted to just have dinner after beach in condo. I hope that a few exceptions with allowances should be made totally understand having extra stay over night but for just a dinner and I was told no. I felt was unnecessary but in all seriousness other than that this place is a 100 out of 10! Thank you for providing a beautiful place!
