Sonnenwinkel is located on the Kolsassberg, about 900 m above sea level, just above the Inntal. When snow conditions are good, the Hoferlift is open not far from the holiday home: ideal for families with children as a beginner's lift. The snow cannons are in operation from the beginning of December to the end of March. For professional skiers, the Zillertal, with its many ski areas, and the Achental, as a hiking and mountain bike paradise, are on your doorstep, so to speak. By car, you can reach these locations in 30 minutes.

With the Summer Silbercard you can enjoy many benefits in Silberregion Karwendel. These include more than 30 attractions, such as sights, museums, nature experiences and leisure facilities. You can use them for free or at reduced prices. E-bike rental is available in the village, about 1 km from the house. Especially in summer, it is worth exploring the region on 2 wheels
