This spacious corner townhome featuring views of both the Gulf and Santa Rosa Sound is one of only two condos in this part of the complex. This space has it all and is perfect for a group of friends, a family, or snowbirds to enjoy. This property comes with your very own sand wagon, coolers, a pop-up tent, and beach toys to help you enjoy the sand and sun!



This bright beach-themed home welcomes you with everything you need for a hassle-free stay. The new kitchen table seats six, and guests can enjoy contemporary living room furniture, beautiful new flooring upstairs, and fresh new carpet on stairs. You'll have a fully equipped and modern kitchen with a large island great for entertaining. You will also enjoy two large patio decks both with comfortable patio furniture for you to enjoy the views of the pool and sound. The main deck is equipped with a private gas BBQ grill, but, either deck is perfect to take in the sunset or enjoy your favorite cocktail. This home has it all! Unwind in style when you book your stay at this Florida townhome.

Located a mere one block from the beach, you won't have to go far to dive into the fun. Don your mask and fins and enjoy fabulous snorkeling in the Gulf, visit historic Fort Pickens, or take the kids to the Gulf Breeze Zoo for fun day trips! Its central location puts you close to all Pensacola Beach action including restaurants, bars, seaside activities, and historical sites. Great house, pool just feet away from door, secure location, we had the best times. Had problems with AC but management team was all over it and took care of problem. Thank you. Awesome little folder in house with local things to do, places to eat, captains to charter boats from and other suggestions. (Best suggestion was The REEF. Excellent little dive/diner) I'm sure there is more great places but we only had couple days. Hope to visit again soon

Stayed for soaking up the sun on the beach. Was perfect. Has all the beach necessities in the garage chairs, coolers, and wagons. Love the pool, but best is the short walk to paradise.
