Welcome to our cozy 135 m² holiday home, located in the charming village of Altastenberg. This comfortable house offers everything you need for a relaxing stay with family, friends, and your pet. With a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, this home is perfect for up to 6 people. Enjoy the peace and beautiful nature right at the edge of the forest, just a 5-minute drive from the well-known winter sports resort of Winterberg.

Highlights:
• Spacious Living Room: The cozy living room features a seating area, a dining table for 6 people, and a snug pellet wood stove. From the living room, a small outdoor staircase leads directly to the large, fenced 1000 m² garden.
• Modern Kitchen: The open kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and coffee makers (filter and pods).
• 3 Comfortable Bedrooms: On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed, adjustable headrests, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The first floor has two additional bedrooms, both with double beds (separate box springs).
• 2 Bathrooms + Guest Toilet: In addition to the en-suite bathroom on the ground floor, there is a second bathroom on the first floor with a shower, sink, and toilet. A separate guest toilet is also located on the ground floor.
• Entertainment & Relaxation: The basement includes a kids’ relaxation area with a foosball table and toys. Outdoors, you can enjoy the picnic table, sun loungers, and BBQ in the spacious garden.
• Pet-Friendly & Allergy-Friendly: The house is suitable for guests with dust mite allergies, with smooth floors and hypoallergenic bedding. Your pet is more than welcome to enjoy the surroundings with you.

Schöner ruhiger Winterurlaub ,sehr zu empfehlen

Nur ein was negatives an der Buchung ,keine Sommerland Card im Haus vorhanden, trotz bezahlter Kurtaxe. Die netten Damen in der Tourist Info in Winterberg haben uns sehr freundlich geholfen.Schönes älteres Haus mit großem Garten.Wobei zu erwähnen wäre , das der Zaun für einen etwas lebhafteren Hund zum eigenständigen erkunden des Ortes einlädt. Der Zaun ist nicht sehr hoch.Gemütlich ,sehr viele Küchenutensilien vorhanden was wir so bisher nicht kannten.Das Badezimmer im oberen Stockwerk sehr klein und ohne Fenster ,was auch auf Fotos nicht ersichtlich war, sollte eventuell erwähnt werden.Der Spielerraum im Keller hat ein sehr großes Angebot an Spielen für Gros und Klein.
