The Space:

This ground-floor condominium has a wonderful beach cottage feel and wonderfully convenient access to the beach boardwalk off the back patio facing the Gulf. The living room offers a sofa, a loveseat, two chairs, and a dining table for four for plenty of seating. The main bedroom has a large king-size bed, upscale tropical bedding, and light wood furniture. There is one full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, as well as a half-bathroom, for your convenience. You will find the kitchen is fully-equipped with all the cookware and appliances you need to prepare a delicious meal. The kids will really love the fun built-in twin bunk beds with nice quilted bedding! Both the bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players. Enjoy your own music on the sound system.

Gorgeous view and easy beach access!

We loved waking up to the gorgeous view each day. Great unit, well stocked, comfortable bed, and unbeatable location. Will definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

The property was beautiful and had great access to the beach! We loved having beach chair service so we didn’t have to tote our own. The property was clean and cozy!

Great condo, clean and nice. Love first floor and proximity to beach. Love it comes with umbrella and chairs so less for us to haul to beach with kids. Will be back next summer!

Overall my stay was very nice. Wonderful location!! The condo was well kept, not perfect. Could use a deep clean. Communication with Vacasa was slow. Info about beach chairs was unclear. Vacation also said I could bring a small tent for the beach but that’s not true at this condo complex.

Everything was as advertised and clean. What's not to like about the sand at your doorstep? Last minute,(after checkout), we needed to add another night. Phone staff was extremely helpful in making that happen so I wouldn't be stranded! Thank you!

Overall nice place

Small issue with the bedsheets not fitting properly. Cleaning attendant was helpful but only after I got insistent that they find a proper solution. After that she was very helpful with the TV in both rooms. Appreciated that very much. Hallway bathroom needs some plumbing repairs attended to but it was nothing to disrupt our stay. Overall the place is an older building but has been maintained fairly well. We will stay there again.

Perfect location

This rental is actually through vacasa so be prepared to receive emails and texts from them instead of through the vrbo app. The condo itself was great with an amazing view. The listing stated there is a bathtub however, there is no bathtub. Just a shower. It’s a bit awkward to get to if you’re very tall like myself and my husband just due to it being shoved in a corner by the washer and dryer and being two doors. The neighborhood felt safe. Other visitors were less than pleasant but, that has nothing to do with the condo itself. Would stay here again.

This was the most disappointing trip we have ever had. We have been staying here every time we are in Destin. The roach infestation was just too much for me . I did not sleep for the last three days. My husband killed bugs as big as mice The furniture was very worn with broken down springs. The sheets would not stay on the bed and worn out. I feel you owe me at least a 25% refund. Please respond I know you can do better than this. I have stayed in others that were well kept and nice. And never saw a bug .

I wanted somewhere we could go in and out to the beach easily, and this was perfect! Our view was beautiful. Heat and AC worked great, never ran out of hot water even running the washer while the whole family showered (we had 3 in our group). Beds and furniture were comfy and plenty of dishes and silverware, along with a dishwasher.

Great view and location. If it is rented for a winter stay (we stayed during Christmas) they should provide warmer bedding. Only had light summer cover and no extra blankets. We were freezing. Need to update furniture in living room, hide TV wires, and small area rug would be nice. All tile everywhere is cold in the winter. Needs nicer utensils. People in the unit above us were stomping around all night long.
