The Space:

Featuring an updated kitchen and a furnished balcony with water views, you will feel right at home the moment you step through the front door. Be sure to take advantage of the shared, heated pool and hot tubs for the ultimate relaxation. The world is your oyster along the Florida Coast. Sunbathers, kite fliers, and adventurers alike will enjoy the seemingly endless miles of sandy beaches. Henderson Beach State Park offers family-friendly swimming, pavilions, nature trails, and playgrounds for memorable days outdoors. The Destin Harbor Boardwalk boasts oyster bars, shopping boutiques, and activities for the thrill seekers in your party including jet ski rentals, parasailing, scuba diving and snorkeling, and dolphin tours. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as this necessary improvement is completed, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.
