The Space:

this home has a view of the expansive Tropical Gardens and Pools. Decorated in warming reds and greens this home is beautiful and well-equipped with many amenities. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. The unit also has a well-situated breakfast nook for two located in the kitchen. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, a TV, and a DVD player. There is a full bathroom accessible from the second bedroom and the main hallway. The primary and guest bedrooms feature TVs and DVD players. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience. After a full day on the beach, come home to kick back on the furnished balcony.

Beach service is included from March to October.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access
