The Space:

This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Other features of this upgraded and contemporary-style vacation rental condo include granite countertops, upgraded cabinets, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom includes a tub and a vanity, light fixture and cabinets. The bedroom and the living room have TVs and DVD players along with a VCR in the living room.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Great Getaway

Property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Check-in was super easy and property manager kept in contact in case we needed anything. Loved the chairs and umbrella included on the beach. We would definitely book this condo again :)

Everything was very clean and was portrayed accurately in the pictures. We loved having beach service available to us. We didn’t have worry about bringing our own chairs and umbrella. Plenty of delicious places to eat.

Can't wait to come back!

My husband and I came to visit our son who was training at Hurlbert Field, plus it was our anniversary weekend. We've come and stayed at a few condo resorts within this strip, so we know the area well. We had searched for a quick hotel stay, but thankfully I searched small condos too and this one was beyond our expectations! It was very clean, smelled great, and the view and location cannot be beat! I can't wait to come back in the near future!

Beautiful

This was a very nice place. We would definitely stay there again! But I will say the bathroom could have been cleaned better, the dishwasher, top rack is broke, and there was only one pillow case for the sofa couch. However, it is a nice place to stay. The view of the ocean is spectacular!!! Couldn't have asked for a better kick-off to our honeymoon.

Best spot on the emerald coast

It was a clean property with great beach access and without the traffic of Destin. The tennis court was no operational, but otherwise everything was great. The room was missing an iron and housekeeping brought it up minutes after a quick call.

Short and sweet

Stayed for 4 nights. Access to the beach was short and easy with a beautiful corner view. To no fault of the condo, I would rather stay in Destin. If you are looking for a relaxing time without shops, restaurants, or stores in walking distance this is perfect. However we had to drive across the sound or to Destin, about 15 minutes, to enjoy shopping or eating. The room was cozy, comfortable and quiet.

I wish I had brought my own pillows. The AC was so loud that my wife moved to the couch. Otherwise, the condo (7A) was very nice We loved the view from the deck. The condo was well equipped.

Beautiful view of the Gulf

This was a nice condo, could use a few updates, but I have no complaints. The view of the Gulf was awesome. I spent a lot of time on the balcony. The only negative thing that I found was we couldn’t turn the volume down on the tv in the living room. It was like it was locked in. The condo was clean and we enjoyed our 6 nights there. We would stay here again.

Just like the description

We were delighted with the place. 7th floor corner was great. Our first trip to the Emerald Coast and using VRBO after living overseas for 30 yrs. Unfortunately the weather was awful the entire time and we could not cancel. In the future I will take a chance and wait until the last minute to book a place.
