Close to Hwy, great beach, bites, and attractions!

This lovely concrete home is just a mere 10 minutes to Jungle Hut Beach, 15 to Flagler Beach, 18-20 to Bike Alley on
Us-1 for Bike Week, 40 to St. Augustine, 1hr to Jacksonville, and 30 min or less to Daytona. wounderful park walking distance.
Orlando, not 1hr+. Depending on the time, make in 1 +-.
Cook in, play games and entertain on the dining table or play in the nice living room for all; Check out back near sunset to watch turtles, egrets or who knows, it is wild Florida!

The space
The rooms are mainly located in the back of the home while most the entertainment area is in the front. It’s not an open concept home but when you enter the living is on the right and kitchen to left. When you walk along the Hallway you will see the dining to the right along with a bedroom on the right of it with a full bed. There is another hallway that has the master bedroom with a king bed, and a spare bedroom with a queen bed.
There are some personal items in the home as it is used as a home when not in use, so please bare in mind when booking. All valuables have been removed so please do not be alarmed. some trinkets were just left behind items from previous owners.
Please know, the city of Palm Coast is cracking down on airbnb parties and they are not tolerating noise complaints. This airbnb is NOT meant for any PARTY greater than 6 in the home as there is no more room in driveway and parking in yards is not permitted overnight.
There currently are areas blocked off for upgrades as well as our on site property manager who is usually there but can be discussed in booking. They are not part of the rented areas and are not pictured.
if you enjoy coffee, we have plenty of coffee supplies, the only thing is you need to shimmy the pot a little if using the kitchen aid. I broke the original pot and its impossible to find. I will be replacing it asap. The coffee and creamer are new for you to enjoy. There are 2 shelves dedicated to you. I do live in the home when it is not occupied so again. I reiterate, some belongings are here, but please don't be concerned. Nothing of value is left and it is safe for you to be here alone as long as you don't mind pictures of tropical sights, plants and a quiet environment. I do have a Turtle tank that I have near the door with water sounds as well. They are well fed. I promise!
Please remember this is a pet friendly home, so there are chances we could have some pet hair. We do have a robot that can be ran if you feel like it. just remember to pick your things off the floor if you want to run it. It works well and have had no issues since using it with my other vaccums.
I do have a large hepa filter. It is behind the dining table. It can be turned high if you feel the need. I like to ensure a clean home as much as possible and

Other things to note
Walking distance to Holland Park, a lovely park with bocce ball, tennis, and many other activities. There is also St. Joe Plaza for a bite to eat with several eateries as well as City Market Place all close with good little places.
I have a turtle tank. if anyone wants to drop food for them, you are welcome to but not necessary. I will be feeding them well before I leave and leaving pellets. I am not sure they will eat pellets as they like live food that will be underneath tank if you dare lol. I feed 10 each of meal worms lol
