Vacation Apartment with Rain Shower (65 m²)

Our vacation rental, with 65 square meters of living space, accommodates up to 2 adults and one child up to 3 years old. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, a full set of dishes, and a dishwasher. In the living and dining area, you’ll find a dining table, satellite TV, and a radio. The newly renovated bathroom features a walk-in rain shower, bathtub, toilet, sink, and a hair dryer. The large 12-square-meter balcony is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. Please note that pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment. Bed linens, towels, free Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning are included in the price. Payment is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. A 30% deposit may be charged after booking. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A crib or extra bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The visitor’s tax of 1.70 EUR per person per day is payable on site. From 01.01.2024, the visitor’s tax is 3.00 EUR per person per day.
