What you see in the listing is exactly what you get when you arrive to the property and condo. The property was very well maintained and family friendly. Great location to the beach, and the boardwalk private access was very convenient. Could definitely see ourselves returning.

Great stay

Amazing location and great amenities. Clean and comfy. Whoever had trouble with the lock must’ve been challenged because the door was easy to unlock once you watched the video and put in the code. Sand was white and neighborhood was quiet. 25 for parking but that made it feel safe

Arrived at the property and it was exceptionally clean. The first thing I noticed upon opening the door was how fresh it smelled. The property was as described and was cozy with a great view of the pool. We enjoyed this little get away and will be returning.

Love the Plantations ❤️been coming here for 20 years and stayed in almost every building but this little condo was perfect for a couple plus one😁right by one of the many pools ❤️😎

The unit was clean and stocked. Very comfortable location. Everything you could need to cook anything was in this kitchen. The resort was amazing. We look forward to returning again

Sister-in-laws’ Getaway

Perfect spot for 3 Sister-in-laws to have some fun in the sun! Super quiet beach, absolutely beautiful coastline. Close to Fort Morgan historical site, which was very interesting. Easy to get around, and not far from Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. We shall return!

Indoor pool saved the day

Gulf Coast weather is many things, but definitely not predictable. This rental gives you access to many beautiful pools, one of which is indoors. The indoor pool saved our trip, due to the high winds and unseasonably cool weather making the outdoor pools and beach not great options for my five year old. The place was comfortable and I would definitely like to revisit again someday.

This is nothing against the owner or property as we never ended up going to Gulf Shores(Tried to contact the host - but Vacasa runs the property for the owner)We as family were looking forward to trip so much, but unfortunately due to snow that is unheard of at the Gulf Shores my sons golf tournament was cancelled, after contacting Vacasa I was told no refunds or credits. As I explained to the "supervisor" that the tournament would be rescheduled and that we would love to book again at the same place when that happened. Several of my friends who booked for the weekend all got their money back. Obviously Vacasa just runs a business different to most - I am extremely disappointed that a once in a lifetime snow storm passes through. Charging someone a stay for something that is out of their control is just wrong As I said in the beginning this is nothing against the owner, but the owner should be aware of all guests, those happy and those not so happy

Great location and beach access

The property, pools and beach were all great! The grounds and pool are very clean. The unit itself is in desperate need of painting and better response to needs. It was fairly clean. Beds were not the worst ever, but certainly not great. The kitchen is super disorganized, making it difficult to find what you need. The carafe to the coffee pot was missing. We tried to call that evening of checking in, no answer. Called at 8 the next morning. We were told they would deliver one within an hour or two. Of course, we were hoping to have it for coffee that morning. They delivered a different, used coffee pot that evening at around 730. Which was odd to us. The loft bedroom is hot, the air doesn't really get up there. The ceiling fan can only be used on low. When you turn it up, it shakes so badly it seems like it might fly off. I would definitely stay at the property again, just not in this unit.

Incorrect Description

To say the least, my family and I disagree with the studio loft description on the website. First of all, it was dirty! I believe the linens had been changed, but the trundle bed had pieces of dirt and debris all over it. There were hairballs in various spots on the downstairs floor. The kitchen counters may have been wiped down, but it was a sloppy job. The stove elements were uneven and did not cook properly. The refrigerator was dirty as well... a spill in the drawer and hair in the bottom drawer; not to mention onion pieces all over the top. To put it nicely, this place has not been dusted in months. There was a quarter inch of dust on the ceiling fan; heavy dust on top of the lamps, top of fridge, and all along the baseboards. The bathroom was also extremely outdated. My 5 year old couldn't even open the door because it stuck so badly. The shower looked like it was from the 70's and you couldn't hardly turn off the hot water because the knob would scald you. The toilet wasn't even really cleaned... remnants of urine were behind the rim of the seat and there was dust caked on top of the tank.... more dirty dust on the cabinet doors, toilet paper stand, and multiple other places. The "free" internet also wouldn't work and when I called for assistance, the staff was unable to help me. My family would just like to have known what we were getting into for the money we spent. The only reason we gave this rental two stars was because of the views of the beach and the beach itself.
