Very nice condo in great location right on beach! Would stay here again & have recommended this place to a friend! Water was hot, very little pressure though. And you definitely need more towels & washcloths especially if more than 2 people are staying!

Great Stay!

We would recommend this condo to others. It has a great location, and the condo itself was very nice. The property manager was excellent and genuinely cared about the comfort of our stay!

It was perfect and we had the best time. Only rated a 4 on check in due to no parking passes but they rectified and dropped off the next morning. There were no check out instructions but i know what to do! We will def be back!

Great Place but lots of noise during my stay

Great location but a jackhammer was in use right outside our door the entire time we were there all day every day....that was very annoying!!!

Awful experience

Arrived while house keeping was still cleaning. They said all that was left was sweeping and mopping so we left and went to the grocery store. We arrived back at the condo as house keeping was leaving. The door was left unlocked. We unpacked all of our stuff and headed down to the beach. Came back up and our code to the door was not working. Stuck outside in the 100 degree weather with a 12 day old and a 2 year old, while all of our stuff was locked inside. Finally got inside about 45 min to an hour later and the condo was not very clean at all. Will not be staying here again.

Poor cleanliness and safety oversight

We were very disappointed with our stay at this property due to multiple cleanliness and safety concerns. Upon arrival, we found a dirty panty liner left behind, balls of hair on the floor, and hair in both the refrigerator and the bathtub. The bedspread was stained, and a picture fell off the wall in the middle of the night—there was no anchor securing it. Even more concerning, there was a nail sticking out of the patio deck, posing a clear safety hazard.Adding to the discomfort, there was loud construction directly outside our window starting at 7 a.m., which we were not informed about ahead of time.When I contacted the cleaning company about the state of the unit, I was told they might be able to come by the next day. Even more unprofessionally, the representative told me I “wasn’t perfect either,” which was completely uncalled for and inappropriate.This experience was far below the standard we expect from a VRBO rental. While every property can have issues, the combination of poor cleanliness, safety oversights, and unprofessional customer service made our stay frustrating and disappointing.

Property was clean, but did not live up to pictures. we had our parking pass on our dash because it ripped due to being so flimsy, and received a notice that we were in violation of properties parking requirement. We have no problem hanging the parking tag in our vehicle, but they need to be sturdy enough to last most of a week. Children were unsupervised in pool, which is disturbing, but not the fault of the property management.

Nice Spot

Was nice and cozy while offering plenty of space for our family of four. (2 adults 2 small children under 4). Pool was nice and easy access to the beach. Only thing was there is only one elevator and it is a little ways away from the room. Would stay again! Communication was easy and fast anytime we asked a question.
