Dock space is available on a first-come, first-served basis for a small fee. After a day on the beach or out on the water, relax on the dock or unwind on your private balcony while enjoying the evening breeze.



Inside, you'll find convenient amenities like a private washer and dryer to keep everyone looking their best, and central air conditioning for a cool and comfortable stay. Cozy up for a game night with the board games provided in the condo, and make lasting memories with family and friends.

Love the property, right by the beach , only problem we had would be not being able to watch tv , the tvs wouldn’t connect to the internet other than that loved our stay ! Would recommend!

Great Getaway

The condo was nice and clean. Needs more towels and kitchen items for cooking. Boat dock and pool were clean and nice.

Great condo!

The condo unit we stayed in was modern, beautifully decorated, and really comfortable! Just wish the Beer Miester Kegerator was available for use! Definitely will stay here again! Oh, communication with Vacasa was quick and friendly as well, extremely helpful!

Beautiful condo

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo is absolutely beautiful. Everything is modern and upgraded. Very clean. This wasn't a beach trip for us, so I cant say how difficult it would be, but the beach access is super close and easy to get to. Recommend 100%

Perfect weekend getaway!

Everything was lovely. It was a great location-lots of things to do close by, but still a quiet community. I will say, if you plan on cooking-bring your own seasonings and oils/butter. They had plenty of cookware though! I know they clean-it was spotless-but I like to clean a little after myself and there wasn’t any cleaning supplies so bring your own if you plan on doing so! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed it and plan on returning to stay again!

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and the beach. It was clean and well equipped. Only issue was that the number lock on the front door did not work so we had to call to check in and then use the actual key to unlock the entire stay. If you shut the door and forget the key, you’re locked out. So we made sure not to forget the key every time we went outside, even to get something out of the car. But again, nice place.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay, the property was well decorated, comfortable and convenient. The management company was very responsive. Would highly recommend. Some recommendations as an owner of a rental property: Towels need some work, maybe softner sheet wasn't used? The bed was very creaky. I know everyone has preferences on soft and firm but it was very loud everytime you moved. Otherwise, the place was great!

The condo is really comfy and beautifully decorated for a vacation vibe. We had some issues with the technology - key pad never worked, temp control and tv. All very modern but no written instructions. Calls were responded to but not always timely.

Beautiful Condo

Almost perfect! The only complaint I have about my whole stay was that the dishwasher did not work, and there were some dirty dishes in the cabinets when I arrived! When I loaded the dishwasher and started it, I realized why! I had to hand wash all of my dishes the remainder of the trip. I would also like to remind everyone that may not know like myself, you have to pay to park at Public Beaches! The Cotton Bayou Beach access is a Public Beach! Other than that, I loved my trip!
