Beautiful View

The location and view were prefect. Having a smaller complex was nice as far as the crowd, elevators, etc. Very glad for indoor pool and hot tub. Loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. One of bedrooms was different type bed than in the picture but worked out for our group.

Perfect location & beach access

spacious 3bedroom. Has most everything you would need. Comfortable furniture. Decorated pretty cute. Only complaints: -dated bedrooms and bathrooms, -cleanliness of bathtubs/shower curtains, beds were not very comfortable Positives: location was awesome, beach access perfect, nice pool & grills, size of condo was great, despite being dated it was cute, easy check in/ check out. Overall we would stay again

Beachfront

Great views. If you want to eat in it is a bit weird. The barstools don’t fit the bar and there are living room chairs at the dining table that don’t really work. Buy there is a great table on the balcony if it is warm. The kitchen is stocked with everything to cook with. However there are no regular spoons. You also need to bring your own trash bags and dishwasher tablets.

beauitful views

view of the beach was wonderful.but the cleaness of showers mostly the jacuzzi tub had hair all around the jets in the master br. the condo was dirty floors kitchen restrooms were disapointing.the tvs you were unable to watch anything but direct tv with very limited channels.could not get anything on the one smart tv internet did not work unable to watch any of my paid channels like netflix,prime nothing worked on the tvs there very ouydated.

When we arrived: We did not have a toaster. Host brought us a new one. The large burner on the stove was not working- repairman had to come and fix it. We could have used more cooking pots. However the Condo was clean and in a great location. We loved to sit on the deck (both front and back) and viewing the water from three sides, lovely! Thank you, my sister and our spouses had a wonderful time!

Great location. Great weather!

The condo was roomy and equipped with the basics (needs pot holders, more dish towels and better trash bags). The location is great and convenient. The only negative I could say is that everything seems fragile. Lots of shells, crystals, glass. The furniture is also made of snow white cloth. It was somewhat stained when we arrived. We were a little scared to use it actually because we didn't want to add to the stains or watermarks. Overall a terrific time. Kaiser realty was great to work with, too!!

Not a fan!

Not clean! The couch covers were stained and nasty. The outside railing was lose on the left corner.

Robyn - I am so sorry that you were unhappy with the condo. We would have loved a chance to come and clean the couch cushions or anything else that was dirty during your stay so you weren't unhappy. I am very sorry that you had a less than enjoyable stay but I hope you will give us another opportunity and come back and visit soon.

Condo was not clean when we arrived

We arrived at our 4:00 check in to a dirty condo. There were no spare linens for us to even just change sheets ourselves. I was not really a fan of communication through VACASA. I did not receive a reply when I used the messaging system on VRBO, so I had to text them directly. We did not get any updates on timing of how long it would take to clean etc. I was told I would get an update on when cleaners were arriving and we did not. We just happened to see the cleaner when we went to the room. There was no follow up to make sure it was taken care of or up to standards. I will try to avoid booking through VACASA in the future. It is very automated and is the opposite of what you want from a VRBO experience. Once clean the only issue we had was one of the stove eyes didn't work. Could definitely use some updating but overall we were comfortable.
