The Space:

Picture Perfect is a house completed in December 2019, furnished for the enjoyment for families and dog alike. Step out of the back door and enjoy the beautiful views of the beach across the street. Then relax in the new eight-person hot tub and cook up dinner on the private gas grill!



What's Nearby:

Beach access is directly across the street, so don't forget your beach chairs and sand toys! When you aren't enjoying the beach or hot tub, take a short drive into town where you can enjoy delicious dining options such as Reel Deal BBQ, Islanders, and Beached Cafe (all within three miles of the house). Don't forget to take a day to explore the Audubon Bird Sanctuary five miles across the island. This 164-acre sanctuary has miles of walking trails through beautiful woodlands, swampland, and gulf beaches.

Sisters, daughters and nieces from Florida and Wisconsin enjoyed our 3rd annual weekend getaway together! This rental had a great view of the ocean on both sides. We enjoyed the rental and everything the island had to offer.

We enjoyed our stay at Picture Perfect. All rooms are very large, decorated nice & very clean. Beach access is right across the street. Loved sitting on the deck listening to the waves. Would definitively return.

Check in was easy. The house is beautiful and large with plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay. The knly complaint I have is the refrigerator seemed to not keep everything as cold as I'd like and the freezer was having a hadd time. Maybe they will address that and get it fixed. Overall it is a beautiful, functional property for a family vacation!

Great house

House was beautiful. Beach was too even with the cold snap. We saw dolphins, crabs, birds of all kinds. The Audubon trail was really beautiful too. Skinners seafood was excellent and the little boutique shops had some beautiful souvenirs. The island was very quiet and not overpopulated at all. Perfect for relaxation during the pandemic.

Wonderful location. Convenient to everything we needed. Clean house. We did take most of our groceries and seasonings from home. The only issue was the refrigerator was not cooling well. And the freezer seemed off as well. I did notify the company upon our departure. Our trip was short so we didn’t require a lot of cold products.

Well stocked home. Has a lift/elevator but it was locked and no key provided. Has a hairdryer, Kuerig coffee maker LLC and blender. Great location. Would stay again!

All went as advertised except they wouldn’t let us use the lift and the grill needs to be replaced…Going up two flights of stairs with a week’s worth of luggage was very challenging..Other than that, it was “Picture Perfect “…
