For heating the pool there is a one time fee of $100 to have our pool company go before and after the check out to turn on and off the pool. For every day that you want the pool heat to be on is $30 per day. Let me know which days you want the pool to be heated it takes about a day to fully heat up. The Pool and Hot Tub would be heated to the same temperatures.

• 󱤘 Surveillance or recording devices on property - safety and security surveillance cameras are located on the outside of the premises only. There are no indoor surveillance devices. There is 1 camera.

Additional Rules

1. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED inside or outside the property.

2. People other than those in the guest party set forth may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above. Additional guests past the limit of 8 in occupancy will be charged at $50 per person.

3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 9:00 pm - 9:00 am.

4. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Also please keep the LIGHTS OFF when you are not in the house.

6. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

7. Parking is limited to 4 vehicle(s).
Vehicles are to be parked in the designated parking area only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegal parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.

9. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage bins located inside the garage.

10. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper materials are flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that other products have been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged up to $500.

12. No party and/or any events allowed.

13.- Pool & Spa Heating Information
Pool heating is available for $50 per day.
Spa (hot tub) heating is available for $30 per day.
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like the pool or spa heated, as it takes approximately 24 hours to reach the desired temperature.
Kindly note that the pool and spa heat to the same temperature, and the pool does not have interior lights.

14. We require the person who made the reservation be present during the stay. If not, you must confirm that you will be responsible for any damages that occur during your reservation. Guest must notify host and include all guests names on reservation.
