› Best Central Location. Very quiet residential neighborhood while staying steps away from all the entertaining activities Miami has to offer.
› Located minutes to 20min from Miami Beach, 18 min from Wynwood/Miami Downtown & Brickell, 25 min from South beach.
› Surfside Beach is 20 min away. Haulover Sandbar 16 min away, by boat.
› FLL Airport: 9 min - Uber $10 . Miami Airport: 20min/$19 . Casino: 22 min

LOGISTICS:
› A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent the day of your arrival.
› Check-in: 4:00 PM.

› An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

LANDSCAPING: Landscaping service comes biweekly usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning so don't be alarmed.

GARBAGE: The city of Hollywood removes garbage every Tuesday and Friday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. If you are staying during those days, and you feel the need to empty the bins, please put out any used garbage bins on the front of the driveway. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it. If the bins do not need to be emptied don’t even worry about it, our cleaning team will take care of it right after your departure.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. We would therefore to treat the neighbors as you would treat your own neighbors.


PARKING: Our driveway provides parking. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please let us know in your initial message to us.

HOSPITALITY SERVICES: We also offer a selection of concierge services available (yachts, nightclub reservations, exotic cars, dining reservations, and entertainment).

CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

BOAT AND YACHT CHARTERS: As we are hosting a lot of groups at our properties in Miami, we are able to offer preferred rates for our guests. If you’re interested in a boat or yacht rental, feel free to reach out so that we make sure you guys are in good hands.

CAR RENTALS: whether you are looking for a convenient car or an exotic car rentals, feel free to reach out if you’d like us to assist you and make sure you are taken care of by the best company on the market.
