Sky Garden Sarandi [ Decó ] Pool & Barbacue
Deco is one of the best apartments in the complex, since it has its own private balcony and a living room with a sofa-bed.
There are in total 6 apartments in the house.
The terrace, of shared use with the rest of the building, has more almost 200 meters enabled, includes barbecue, winter garden, a wooden deck / solarium, a view point in high, and a small pool, plus almost 80 trees and plants!
The pool is just to refresh, fits three or four people at a time. It's a kind of Jacuzzi but without bubbles. Ideal to chill, sunbathe or look at the stars at night with a clear ceiling.
The house keeps two incredible well preserved colorful antique stained glass.
There is also a laundry room free of charge shared with the rest of the building.
There is an extra dining room of shared use with the rest of the building in case some guest are invited for lunch /dinner / birthday...
