Our guests have access to our Private Beach on Georgian Bay, our own volleyball and soccer fields. Small playground for our youngest guests.
Free municipal tennis courts and municipal basketball courts are within a 5-10 min walk.

Blue Mountain is a great 4 season resort area, with lots to do for visitors of all ages at any time of year!
*WINTER- skiing and snowboarding are all-time favorites, skating, snowshoeing, Nordic skiing and snowmobiling,
*SUMMER- hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, golfing (around 10 golf courses in the area)
*FALL- check spectacular fall colors and Apple Pie Trail.
*Choose from many tours, helicopter tours, Hummer adventure tours, fishing tours, and winery/brewery tours being the most popular ones.
You can walk to the Village easily, but there`s no public transportation here, so , you do need a car! Taxis available though, like Ace Cabs
Beer and winery bus tours can pick you up at the property
Please remember that you`re staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, we have maintenance available on call 24/7

* SMOKING IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE ONLY, NOT INSIDE THE UNIT!
• Maximum occupancy is 8 people (including adults and children). No additional guests or visitors allowed.
• Security deposit of $1000 (pre-authorization on credit card only) is required upon check-in
• All guests must be over the age of 25 ( excluding families )
• All guests must abide by municipal noise-bylaws
• Guests from Ontario must bring their own bed linens (pillows, comforters are provided) or they can be provided for a small fee.
• Once you have made a booking via Airbnb we will contact you and ask you to provide the following : Full Name & Address ( Required for the Rental Agreement ) Contact Number ( required to confirm the details of your arrival) Once we receive this information we will send you the reservation confirmation that will need to be signed and emailed back. Upon check we will ask you to provide a valid ID.
• The use of sub woofers, DJ equipment, loud speakers, or loud car stereos are not allowed on the property
* We are pet friendly but please let us know if you are bringing a pet. Please clean after your pet otherwise there might be additional cleaning charge. Pets are not to be left unattended
