GUEST ACCESS
PLEASE NOTE this apartment is the lower unit of a duplex style home. If we have guests renting the unit above, you will likely hear footsteps during your stay. There are no shared areas, and the guest entrances and driveways are on opposite sides of the house. The garage is locked for the owner's personal storage.
Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. The apartment is heated by central air. There is parking for 2-3 in the driveway, depending on vehicle size.
To enjoy your trip to this mountainside property, a vehicle with 4WD is highly encouraged during snowy months. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock—your personalized code will be provided before check-in.
DOG GUIDELINES:
By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone, no exceptions. 2 dog maximum, $200 pet fee (per stay) applied to reservation.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
We have an additional TopHost Vacation Rentals Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.
