Forest or beach? Which do you prefer? In our Seeschwalbe vacation apartments, you can enjoy both. The beach is just 800 meters away from here. This cozy and modernly furnished two-room apartment is located on the first floor, with approximately 50 m² of living space and a covered south-facing balcony. The cozy apartment, equipped with underfloor heating, can accommodate up to 3 people. A separate bedroom and a 1.40 x 2.00 m sofa bed provide space for 3 people. A lockable bike shed is available for bicycles. Parking space No. 4 is assigned to the apartment free of charge. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available to you free of charge.



We’d be happy to provide you with bed linens or towels. Bedding for €20.00 per person, towels for €10.00 per person, or as a laundry package for €25.00 per person.

The final cleaning fee includes a starter package* plus utilities.
*Starter package: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit brand, if applicable), 1 trash bag, dish towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for restocking these items yourself during your stay.



Seeschwalbe Vacation Rental:

• Living room: cozy sleeper sofa (140x200 cm), two recliners, flat-screen TV, sideboard, table, CD radio, DVD player, clock, reading lamp, direct access to the balcony

• Kitchen and dining area for at least 4 people, open to the living room; fully equipped built-in kitchen with stove (ceramic cooktop) and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and fridge-freezer combo

• Bedroom: Double bed with two single mattresses (90x200 m), closet, nightstands, lamps

• Storage room: vacuum cleaner, broom, bucket, etc.

• Bathroom: with window, shower, sink, toilet, mirror, vanity cabinet, washing machine

• Balcony: covered balcony with wooden patio furniture, including seat cushions

• Outdoor storage room: provides space for bicycles or similar items

• Parking: free parking directly at property No. 4

• Additional amenities: Free Wi-Fi; the vacation rental features underfloor heating and has roller shutters on all windows.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
