Experience Te Awamutu like a local in this adorable 1-bedroom bed & breakfast. 5 minutes from the heart of Te Awamutu and 30 minutes from Hamilton, we are central to all things Waikato.
Perfect for a quiet weekend retreat or a quick stop over on your journey.
The cozy space features a queen bed and a lovely living room with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Guests enjoy a clean bathroom with a refreshing shower with great water pressure. The covered patio area is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee. A continental breakfast of Juice, fruit, a selection of cereals, condiments and bread for toasting will be provided for the first two nights of your stay.
An outdoor kitchen is now available with both hot and cold running water, a BBQ and plenty of seating for year round alfresco dining. House trained dogs are welcome and we have a fully fenced, secure area to keep them contained. You must choose the option of a pet when booking so we can plan for their arrival. Whether you’re here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, this enjoyable retreat offers a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
