The property is conveniently located 10 minutes away from SJC airport.
The space
Enjoy a comfortable living area that includes the following:

- Parties are NOT allowed. If a party is detected, a $1000 fee will be charged and cops will be sent to the house immediately.
- Please keep your key fob safe. A replacement fee of $200 will apply if it is lost.
