Nestled just about 1 block away from the famed and breathtaking Balboa Park, you'll be in the heart of everything that the prestigious Banker's Hill neighborhood has to offer and approximately a 10 minute drive or rideshare to the Gaslamp Quarter, Downtown, Petco Park, Seaport Village, Hillcrest, and the San Diego International Airport.

Other Things to Note:

This is one of three full apartment suites located side by side in the same building. This is the back suite in the building. The units are connected by sound insulated, locked doors so that they can be rented individually or together. If rented individually, you will have exclusive use of the space during your stay.



Please note that there is some building construction near the property that could cause some noise during the day. Additionally, our convenient, close proximity to the San Diego International Airport does come with plane noise.



Washer and dryer are located in an outdoor enclosure that is shared with one other unit.
