You're welcome to have visitors over as long as maximum occupancy is not exceeded (4 persons) at any given time. We need ID of all people entering the building.
All visitors must leave the building by 10 pm.

If you're going further, then there are more than 20.000 taxis in Cali and they are very affordable. Minimum fare starts at 5.000 pesos. Uber, Cabify, Beat, WayCali and Didi are other similar services. Busses are plentiful but tend to get very crowded.
At night, best to use a taxi / Uber / Didi.
