As people who have spent years traveling, relocating, and living out of suitcases, we understand what it truly means to walk into a space and instantly feel at home. We’ve experienced the difference between simply having a place to stay and having a place that restores you — and that difference matters.
Juan’s background in wholesale and property operations has shown him firsthand how important it is for homeowners to have responsible, respectful tenants who treat a property as their own. He understands both the investment and the emotional value behind every home.
Alexandra, a full-time dancer who travels frequently for congresses, performances, and competitions, knows the exhaustion of “backpack life.” After long days of travel and high-energy events, having a calm, welcoming space to decompress isn’t a luxury — it’s essential. A home should reduce stress, not add to it.
We created Cozyway Living because we understand transition. Whether someone is relocating for work, placed temporarily through insurance after unexpected circumstances, or traveling for corporate assignments, life shifts can be overwhelming. In those moments, a warm, thoughtfully prepared home supports both the mind and body.
Our mission is simple:

We chose this neighborhood because it feels like a calm pocket tucked away from the everyday rush. The nearby railroad creates a natural buffer from the usual city chaos—most days you’ll hear about one working train pass by, and instead of being disruptive, it’s almost therapeutic, like a gentle reminder that the world is moving while you get to slow down. Being right by the port also gives the space a distinctive urban view - one room looks out toward the bridge and surrounding industrial skyline. This unit is also filled with beautiful natural light throughout the day. And when you’re ready to plug back in, everything is close: Newark Airport is just minutes away, as are major hospitals, groceries, and gyms—plus you’re perfectly positioned for quick, easy access into NYC.
