Welcome to Hambo Hideaway, a bright and thoughtfully designed guest house in Staffanstorp. With high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private fenced patio, it is ideal for both work trips and relaxed stays.

Just 10 minutes from Lund and Malmö, this peaceful retreat offers easy access to southern Sweden’s cities, attractions, and countryside. Invoicing is available for business travellers and company stays.

Hambo Hideaway is a well-planned guest house designed to offer comfort, practicality, and flexibility throughout your stay. The home features two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and dedicated workspace, and the other with two single beds and a small desk. In the living room, the sofa converts into a 130 x 192 cm sofa bed. It can accommodate 2 guests, though it is a cosier option than the main beds. Large windows in the living room and both bedrooms bring in natural light and overlook the private fenced patio.

The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining and living area, creating a welcoming space to cook, eat, work, or unwind. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, hot water, and complimentary toiletries, while the separate utility room provides a washing machine and dryer for added convenience.

Step outside to your private patio, which includes outdoor dining, a BBQ grill, and space to relax in the fresh air. It is a lovely spot for morning coffee, relaxed meals, or winding down after a busy day.

As a guest at Hambo Hideaway, you will have full private access to the entire property, including both bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, bathroom, utility room, and fenced patio. Hambo Hideaway is entirely separate from the White House, and the two properties do not share any amenities, helping to ensure a private and undisturbed stay.

Hambo Hideaway is professionally managed by Skåne Dream Homes. We are available before and during your stay and aim to make everything as smooth, comfortable, and well looked after as possible.

Location

Hambo Hideaway is located in the charming town of Staffanstorp, known for its peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. It is an excellent base for both leisure and business travellers, offering a calm setting while still being close to Lund and Malmö.

Staffanstorp is home to many people working in nearby Lund and Malmö, and its location is especially practical for guests visiting Lund University, the Microsoft Data Centre, or the wider Skåne region. The town has grocery stores, cafés, parks, and everyday essentials within easy reach.

Getting around

By car, Lund and Malmö are both approximately 10 minutes away, Malmö Arena is around 16 minutes away, and Copenhagen can be reached in approximately 42 minutes via the Öresund Bridge.

Free public parking is available on Polonäsvägen, less than a minute’s walk from the house.

Staffanstorp is also well connected by public transport, with direct bus routes to Lund and Malmö as well as additional regional lines serving the surrounding area.

Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests as per the booking are allowed on the property. Unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. 🔒


No Parties or Events: Parties, large gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed. Violations will result in additional fees and/or immediate cancellation of the stay. 🚫🎉


No Smoking Indoors: Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is allowed only on the private terrace. Violations will incur a cleaning fee and may lead to additional penalties. 🌬️🚭


Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the property tidy. Any significant mess or improper use of furniture, fixtures, or appliances will result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Trash and recyclables must be disposed of in the designated bins outside. 🧹♻️


No Shoes Indoors: Please remove shoes upon entering the house to maintain cleanliness and respect the property. 🥿✨


Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed on the property. Violation of this rule will result in additional cleaning fees and potential cancellation of the reservation. 🐾❌


Windows and Doors: Ensure all windows and doors are securely shut before leaving the property to maintain safety, security, and protection from weather. 🌧️🔒

Noise Violations - 500 SEK per incident
Unauthorized Guests/Visitors - 1,000 SEK per unauthorized guest/night
Smoking Indoors - 2,500 SEK cleaning fee
Lost or Damaged Keys - 1,000 SEK replacement fee
Improper Trash Disposal - 500 SEK per incident
Property Damage - Repair/replacement costs
Pets Violation - 1,500 SEK cleaning fee
Shoes Indoors Violation - 500 SEK additional cleaning fee


Additional Terms 📋
Security Measures: The property is equipped with outdoor security cameras monitoring the entrance and shared courtyard. Tampering with security equipment will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. 🎥🛡️


Immediate Termination: Severe violations, such as hosting unauthorized parties, causing property damage, or repeated noise complaints, may result in immediate termination of your stay with no refund.


Liability Disclaimer: Guests are liable for any actions that result in damage, excessive wear, or disruptions to the property or neighborhood. Claims will be enforced through Airbnb’s AirCover policy when applicable.
