Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside and outside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Damages
Guests are responsible for reporting any new damages that occur during their stay. All damages must be reported promptly to the Guest Contact.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in accordance with neighborhood expectations. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

Pool & Hot Tub Safety
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in the pool and hot tub areas.

Pool & Shared Amenities
The shared swimming pool and hot tub close at 10:00 PM each evening. All swimming toys must be returned to the shed at the end of the night.

This is a single-story, first-floor apartment with step-free access.

Homeowner On-Site
The homeowner resides on-site in a separate unit. They respect guest privacy but may be present on the property during your stay.

Licensing
This property is fully licensed and approved for short-term rental use. A valid license is required for all short-term rental advertising in unincorporated Weber County, Utah.

Laundry Requirements
Please wash one load of gray towels by 10:00 AM on the day of departure, including the gray bath towels, gray hand towels, gray wash cloths, and gray kitchen hand towels. Swimming towels should be washed and dried the night before departure. Once finished, they may be left in the dryer or placed on the white couch. Please leave all beds unmade and do not strip the sheets. Ensure all towels are completely dry by 11:00 AM prior to check-out.

Late Departure Fees
If the cleaning crew is required to wait due to a late departure, the guest will be charged for the additional labor time.
